Ships in two separate boxes that may not arrive at the same time. Everything is as advertised. The toilet is well built and looks great.
Customer Service were very helpful and sent a user manual and video. Every thing is working properly now. VERY SATISIFIED with customer support and the Maceratingflo Toilet. I would definitely recommend. Shipping was fast.

My order arrived in two boxes, and the larger box containing the toilet itself came late. Then, when it arrived, the tank portion was broken into multiple pieces.
Customer service was phenomenal from start to finish. First, they tracked down the late box, which arrived broken. Then they replaced it. Immediately. Just asked for pictures, which is reasonable.
Today we received our replacement, and it is perfect.
We get it installed shortly, and we don’t anticipate any other problems. If there are, I am happy knowing the customer service team has us covered.
Easy to install it can be installed inside or outside wall. I was missing the pump but I contacted the seller and they send the pump in a very short time. It works very well 😌.
I own 2 macerator toilet systems . One from a company that charges more than this product and I installed 12 months ago. After reading the reviews I purchased the Macerator Flo Ares 600w system for converting a garage to a bed bath without breaking concrete. I couldn’t be more pleased with the product and the customer service. It works well out of the box, but get a plumber to hook it up, it can be complicated.
The instructions were minimal but with a little research I was able to install similar to my higher priced system. 1 key component was missing from the box and the company had it delivered in 2 days! Along with a follow up email and a phone call. I love that!
The product looks, feels and functions like the higher priced unit.
I would recommend this product anytime.
