Finally I can have a toilet in my basement! When I built my home 30 years ago the builder told us a bathroom in the basement would cost thousands of dollars extra due to the fact our waste line discharges to our septic system five feet off the floor. This versatile unit is a fraction of the cost we thought. This allows for not only a toilet, but a sink and possibly a shower to be added to the pump. It is very heavy duty with a clean modern look.

This was installed in a basement that lacked a toilet due to the drain being overhead. This would have been installed years ago had I know it would have been so simple to setup. The ability to add up to three other fixtures like a shower and sink really adds to the versatility. This is a complete kit that includes just about everything you need i.e. macerator, toilet, seat, tank and connectors for the pipes. This is the powerful 900 watt version and supposedly can pump straight up 39 feet! I only need 8ft but the extra power definitely wouldn’t hurt. I was surprised at how smooth the motor and pump operated and this model comes with a handy push button to activate the motor if needed which can really come in handy. The toilet is also the right height and looks really good. I will definitely be adding a sink and washer soon.

This toilet is a must have if you don’t have gravity sewer available. It is really well packaged, which ensured no damage during shipping. Each piece is very carefully separated and secure within the box. The box is really heavy so you’ll either need two people to lift or to take out each piece and care it separately. However the weight is a testament to the toilets quality. There was no skimping on quality in the manufacturing of this toilet.

I installed this toilet in my basement . It is awesome. Super powerful. It isn’t really as loud as I expected. It’s super easy to clean. It has multiple outlets I may add a shower to it later on. I haven’t had any flushing issues so far. It was easy to install and just needs power. I really like it so far and am glad I can use this instead of cutting up the concrete floor

Solid product, not that loud, relatively easy to install. Note that box is BIG and very heavy obviously (125lbs) – you’ll need 2 people to move it around. I use it for ~15ft of lift which is well within the max 39ft lift its rated for. I really like the soft close lid and the flush on it is powerful.

How does the black extension get installed into the pump? Is it just clamped like the rigid pipe? It is shown with a black gasket. Doesnt seem possible to install inside the white bellows on the pump MARTIN MATTEI asked on March 3, 2026

The flexible extension pipe is designed to connect directly to the pump inlet. The black rubber gasket on the pump side helps create a tighter seal and reduce the risk of leaks. In most cases, you can leave it in place. If the connection feels too tight during installation, it can also be removed—both methods will work as long as the pipe is securely fitted. The key is to ensure the pipe is firmly inserted and properly clamped so the connection remains watertight. Our system is designed for straightforward installation, and the components are made to provide a reliable, leak-free fit when installed correctly.
