Please note, our products are designed to provide reliable and efficient solutions for your bathroom needs. However, improper installation or use may cause the warranty to become void. We recommend that you carefully read and strictly adhere to the installation instructions to ensure proper installation and use of the product.

MaceratingFlo products come with a comprehensive warranty that covers all materials and workmanship defects for a period of 2 years. This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

In the unlikely event that your MaceratingFlo product experiences any issues covered under the warranty, our Customer Service Team is here to help. We’ll work with you to troubleshoot the issue and, if necessary, arrange for a repair or replacement. Your item will be repaired or replaced directly by MaceratingFlo, according to its warranty terms and conditions.

Please be aware that once the product box is opened and/or the item is installed, it is no longer considered “new and resalable” and cannot be returned to us. However, if any technical issues arise, the product is now covered under the 2-year manufacturer warranty. You can rest assured that your item will be repaired or replaced directly by us. We’re solely responsible for any product defects or malfunctions.

Return Policy

At MaceratingFlo, we are committed to providing you with the best shopping experience possible. We understand that returning items purchased online can be a hassle, but we want you to truly love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with our product, we will do our best to make the return process quick and easy. You have 30 days to return your order for a full refund, provided the item is in new or unused condition.

We are happy to accept all returns of new, unused items within 30 days of delivery, excluding final sale items.

Please note, any items not meeting the above criteria may be subject to a restocking fee. Additionally, if the return is due to user reasons and not due to the quality of our product, we will charge a 30% order fee as a return handling fee.

We do not charge any restocking fees for items that meet our return criteria. Customers will be refunded the purchase price of the item, including applicable taxes, less any discounts and/or shipping charges provided. Please note that expedited shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We guarantee to process your return request within 48 hours of receiving your return. Your financial institution will credit your card within 2-10 business days after the return is processed. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed.

All returned items must be in resalable condition, which means they must be new, unused, unaltered, uninstalled, and undamaged.

Items must include their original packaging and all parts must be included. If items are received in non-resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse the package and deny the return.

All items are considered your property until they are received, inspected, and credit is approved in our warehouse. Please insure the full value of your return shipment, as damaged items will be refused. If your item is damaged, we will provide all necessary documentation to submit and support your damage claim with the shipping company.

We strongly recommend that you inspect your product upon delivery.

If your shipment happens to be damaged, please follow the instructions below. All of our products are inspected prior to shipment to ensure they are not damaged before leaving our warehouse.

Please make sure to inspect your product before signing any documents for the delivery driver. If the delivery driver refuses to let you inspect the item, simply write “driver refused to allow inspection” in the space where you are asked to sign the carrier receipt. Then sign. (This is your legal right.)

Defective Items:

We take great pride and care in handling our products. However, for your protection, we still require that you open your box immediately upon receipt and notify the delivery driver if there is any damage, and note it on the carrier receipt before signing for anything. If there is irreparable damage, please refuse the item and immediately email or call us.

If you accept delivery without inspection, you are accepting the item as is and we cannot process any claims. Installation or use of an item constitutes acceptance of the product. Used or installed items are not eligible for return.

Non-Compatible Products:

Our 30-day return policy applies in this case. Please refer to the full terms above. We strongly recommend that you do your research and ensure that you are ordering the correct product that will work for your installation. Obtaining all necessary permits in advance is also crucial, as returns can be costly and time-consuming for this large item.

Packaging Requirements:

Buyers must return items in their original packaging and in sellable condition. Please note that returning ceramic toilets and tanks can be challenging, as they require professional packaging. Therefore, we recommend that you purchase shipping insurance for the full value of the items you’re returning. This will protect you in case the item is damaged during shipping, and you’ll be able to receive a full refund.
