I put the Maceratingflo ARES 600W White Elongated Chair-Height Toilet in my basement remodel, and I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. The installation was straightforward, and the macerating pump works exactly as advertised — powerful, quiet, and incredibly efficient.
The dual-flush feature (1.28 GPF) is a great bonus for saving water, and the soft-close seat adds a nice touch of comfort and quality. The chair-height design also makes it very comfortable to use. Most importantly, it allowed me to add a fully functional bathroom in my basement without needing expensive plumbing work or breaking up concrete.

Then, when it arrived, the tank portion was broken into multiple pieces.Customer service was phenomenal from start to finish. First, they tracked down the late box, which arrived broken. Then they replaced it. Immediately. Just asked for pictures, which is reasonable.Today we received our replacement, and it is perfect.We get it installed shortly, and we don’t anticipate any other problems. If there are, I am happy knowing the customer service team has us covered.
