I got this macerating toilet system for my wife's she shed. She is a little limited in her walking abilities. So her She shed is about 250 feet up hill from our house. So to walk back up to the she shed after going back down to house to use toilet it's a chore. So i ran out pipe down to septic tank about 150 ft away . With an average 8 degree hill the waste water made it easily. Two nice added features is you can hook up a both a sink and a shower. Or just one or just use toilet. The instructions were minimal until i scanned the QR code . Wow those videos were amazing help . I wish all put together items had that. So when you flush toilet like a garbage disposal / pump turns on and pumps waste water out pipe or up pipe,to sewer or septic tank. I would definitely buy another one for our soon to build basement in new house.

Had a very tight spot in a warehouse basement and this did the trick! But first off, have to warn you that it's really heavy - definitely a two person lift. Impressed by how well the whole system goes together and looks like they thought of everything. Not only does it handle the toilet, it has ports on each side to handle a sink, shower, etc. And best of all, it only needs a 1 1/4" pipe to the sewer main. Wish I could have gotten pics of it installed, but the didn't come out since it was such a small space. Can't really comment on performance with a high lift as we only had to go up 3 feet.
