I have purchased 2 of these toilet as their where the only ones i found with rear discharge to connect at 7″ drain pipe in the wall.
While they look great, 2 issues with them.
The flush is not powerful and needs two of them to empty the toilet.
The biggest problem and I had with is that connection to the wall is not tight enough.
It is not in the basement and does not need a pump, so it is connected to the wall directly.
But the rubber harmonica like piece of rubber that connect toilet pipe to the drain does not create a tight connection.
I reached out to support team and was very impressed with the speed and quality of their help.
After providing them with details and pictures, they identified the issue, explained what needs to be done and provided specific instructions on how to remediate the problem.
All is back in order with the latest instruction and toilet is working as intended.
Very thankful to the team of customer service representative!
Installation was a little challenging but overall good product and great value.
