So, Customer Service at MaceratorFlo is the real star here.
My order arrived in two boxes, and the larger box containing the toilet itself came late. Then, when it arrived, the tank portion was broken into multiple pieces.
Customer service was phenomenal from start to finish. First, they tracked down the late box, which arrived broken. Then they replaced it. Immediately. Just asked for pictures, which is reasonable.
Today we received our replacement, and it is perfect.
We get it installed shortly, and we don’t anticipate any other problems. If there are, I am happy knowing the customer service team has us covered.
Easy to install it can be installed inside or outside wall. I was missing the pump but I contacted the seller and they send the pump in a very short time. It works very well 😌.
