I was a bit hesitant getting this. In the past these systems have been noisy, high routine maintenance, and not without fault or power consumption. Water travels the path of least resistance u less you have this type of system which helps push things along. Well designed and easy to use. Works grate in my below grade bathroom. Was able to add this to make a second bathroom down there which was told could not be done for a reasonable price. Very happy with this product and purchase.

I needed to install a toilet for my workspace in my basement and finally found this product to see my vision come true. My brother in law installed it since he is a handy man. All in all it took less than a few hours and all is good.
The packaging was immaculate and everything was included. So far it works well the noise is very minimal and would buy again.

    I cannot praise Macerating Flo and their customer service representative, Roth, enough. I ordered a 750W toilet but was immediately called away to China for a family medical emergency. Right after returning, I had to leave again for a two-month scientific survey.
    By the time I finally got home on June 13, 2026 and my plumber informed me I had purchased the wrong model, the official return window had already passed. I reached out to customer service explaining my situation, and Roth generously granted our return request anyway. It was incredibly nice to work with them. This company truly cares about its customers, and they have earned a loyal customer for life!

Where can i purchase spare parts? The discharge elbow bursted and i need a replacement urgently. My tenant has no functioning plumbing as a result of this. Urgent support needed!!! Jose Estrada asked on October 17, 2024

Absolutely! Connecting your basement kitchen sink to a 4-inlet pump in the bathroom is definitely doable. However, it's important to check the size of the drainage pipe from your kitchen sink first. The pump comes equipped with a 1/2” inlet pipe connector, so if the size of your kitchen sink's drainage pipe doesn't match, you'll need to pick up an appropriate connector or adapter to ensure a proper fit.
