I renovated a house for my handicap customer and so glad I selected this High Toilet Elongated With Comfort Chair Seat for my customer. Her basement bathroom was being remodeled. I needed a Nice TALL Rear Discharge toilet and this one was a PERFECT match for what we were looking for. Design was very nice and installation was a breeze. It had all the parts needed to connect to the drain since it’s not a floor drain and can’t use wax. Quality is as good if not better than the $1500 models. Customer is very happy. Highly recommending.
This is for a 2 story house or a house with basement. My really like it to put our basement so I guest children could use it, keep the stink down there.
If you are not familiar with what a maturating toilet is, it is designed to allow the toilet to be installed in bathroom locations, where traditional plumbing is really not practical like a garage or even a basement the toilet uses a pump to grind the waste . with that being said, this is a great option as we decided to put it in our basement. If you have any concerns about having it shipped, it is heavy, but the package comes extremely well. Packed and installation is easy. It does require two people as the toilet itself is a bit heavy
Nice well built rear discharge toilet. Haven’t gotten it in to speak to flush ability but I have gotten it out of the box.
