I renovated a house for my handicap customer and so glad I selected this High Toilet Elongated With Comfort Chair Seat for my customer. Her basement bathroom was being remodeled. I needed a Nice TALL Rear Discharge toilet and this one was a PERFECT match for what we were looking for. Design was very nice and installation was a breeze. It had all the parts needed to connect to the drain since it’s not a floor drain and can’t use wax. Quality is as good if not better than the $1500 models. Customer is very happy. Highly recommending.

Nice well built rear discharge toilet. Haven’t gotten it in to speak to flush ability but I have gotten it out of the box.

We needed a rear outlet toilet for our ADU but ended up having to delay our project indefinitely. There was nothing wrong with the toilet but we returned it due to our change in plans. It’s a convenient type of install if you’re not able to drill into the floor for the outlet. I explained our situation to the seller and they were very accommodating and removed the $70.00 return shipping fee.

I have a 4 inch(id) waste line, 7" to center off the wall. Will a rear discharge toilet work? How far off the wall would the toilet need to be, measured from the back of the tank? Tony asked on February 15, 2026

A rear discharge toilet is designed for wall outlet setups, where the waste pipe exits horizontally through the wall—not the floor. If your 7″ measurement is from the wall (typical floor rough-in), that indicates a floor-discharge configuration, so a rear discharge model would not be compatible. For proper installation, a rear discharge toilet requires the drain connection to be positioned in the wall at the correct height. In that setup, the tank will sit nearly flush against the wall with minimal gap.If your drain is in the floor, a standard floor-discharge toilet will be the correct and easiest fit for your layout.
